Founder and CEO
Established in 2016, Clyth Castle Investment Group was formed by CEO Andrew Gunn, to provide individually designed 'ground up' solutions for its clients rather than the 'off the shelf' solutions that many of the larger consulting groups provide.
We believe the only way to provide truly appropriate, ethical and powerful solutions is to immerse ourselves into the culture, process and technology of our clients before offering up any solutions developed in a language and format that our clients will understand.
Andrew has an MBA from Durham University Businesses School (has attended post MBA refreshers at INSEAD) and he has extensive experience from expansive global manufacturing businesses to small startup regulated insurance brokerages. He's an inspiring and motivational leader with first-rate interpersonal skills and the ability and passion to develop a compelling vision. Able to drive performance improvement whilst at the same time delivering growth and transformational change. Andrew has significant executive experience, previous CEO and MD roles and an outstanding ability to influence change.
